2021 RATES per person


Night :
all given rates are per person		 19 euros : 3 bedrooms with 2 single beds 90*190 cm
18 euros : 1  bedroom   with 3 single beds 90*190 cm
16 euros : 1 bedroom    with 4 bunk beds  90*200 cm

Total capacity 13 beds over 3 levels, shower and toilets on each floor to be shared within 4 or max 5 persons. Private shower room & toilet for room of 4 beds.

pls note for 1 pers reservation, choice of hence shared room (2/3/4) will be made by gîte upon arrival.
Breakfast : 5,45 euros
Dinner :

1/2 board rate (dinner/night/Bfast)

39 euros (rooms of 2 ) – 38 euros (room of 3) – 36 euros (room of 4)
+ local tax included
Deposit : (cond.&  cancellation terms)
 Deposit of advance payment of 10 euros per person/night will be requested to confirm yr reservation. PayPal payment is now available. After confirmation from gite for availability and deposit amount, pls go to PayPal payment tab.
if cancellation occurs at least 8 days before booking date, deposit will be reimbursed; within 8 days regardless of the reason for cancellation, deposit will not be refunded. Balance payment is due upon arrival.
Bed linen : please note in a gîte d’étape, night rate includes bed sheet, blanket and pillow case. If you do not have a duvet or similar, you will have to hire a top sheet from the gîte (3 euros) – towel (2 euros)
Washing machine : 3 euros
Dryer : 3 euros

Gite, located in central Moissac, is a 3 storey town house, so please travel light !.

Pls note there is no kitchen available  to prepare its own meals.
The gîte serves breakfast every day and serveral times a week dinner (upon reservation)- It is also possible to have dinner in town since gite is located within walking distance of restaurants (200 meters) which I’ll be happy to tell you abt.

Opening and closing times :
Pls note you are welcome  from 3.00 PM, latest check in 6.00 PM.
Meals are taken together at following times : Breakfast is served at 07:00-07:30 AM and dinner at 07:00 PM.  Gîte is closed between 08:30 AM and 03.00 PM.

  • Breakfast : served at 07:00-07:30 AM : bread, cereals, yoghurt, home made jams, (Apricot, plums, rhubarb, marmelade, Figs..) butter, orange juice, coffe/tea/milk/chocolate/herb tea/ricoré.
  • Dinner : served at 07:00 PM – pls reserve a couple of days before – starter, main course , dessert & wine.
